Refund policy

Digital Products

All guides sold on smarteesolution are digital products (PDF eBooks) delivered instantly by download after purchase. Because of the nature of digital goods, all sales are generally final once a file has been downloaded.

When You Can Request a Refund

We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase if any of the following apply:

• You were charged but never received a working download link.
• The file you downloaded is corrupted, incomplete, or otherwise unusable.
• You were charged more than once for the same order by mistake.

To request a refund, email us at Contact@smarteesolution.com with your order details (email address used at checkout and the guide purchased). We aim to respond within 24–48 hours.

When Refunds Are Not Available

Because our guides are instant-download digital content, we're generally unable to offer a refund simply because you changed your mind, purchased the wrong item by accident and already downloaded it, or no longer want the guide after reading it. If you're unsure whether a guide is right for you, feel free to email us with questions before purchasing.

How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout, through our payment processor (Stripe). Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
